The current release of the Feng Shui tools include a standard cell placement package (using recursive bisection--see our GLSVLSI and DAC papers for more details), a new graph-based global router, a new area router, a fast multi-layer Steiner tree implementation, and a fast and accurate interconnect delay estimation tool. The global router, area router, Steiner algorithm, and delay estimation tools support both Manhattan and non-Manhattan routing.
