Interconnect delay dominates system delay for large designs. Because
of this, we anticipate that high performance designs will be forced
into topologies that have a great deal of structure.
This release of feng shui includes a "beacon" technique optimized for
structured netlists; it performs well on PEKO benchmarks, but is not
yet suitable for general use. More details on this approach are given
in our ASPDAC05 paper.
